Bob's 1970 Chevelle Restoration

Owner: "Hot Rod Bob" Currier Make: Chevrolet Model: Chevelle Year: 1970 Details: This page shows the parts from the previous page all cleaned and painted up with a color scheme of which I'm still developing. I want all red suspension and chassis parts. Though I do not want so much red that it looks stupid. So I have decided to break it up a little with some black parts to match the car's color. Hence the reason for the rear end's color scheme. I figured I'd paint the bolts as well. I thought about chroming the pan but I'm tired of looking at hotrods that are all chromed out. Don't get me wrong I love chrome and love looking at cars with chrome all over it. However that's been done already if you know what I mean. To me chroming it out is a shortcut and you're not really spending time on the car's restoration, you're spending money. Since I do not have a pile of money, but I have the time, I decided that I needed to paint the parts instead. I will be adding the pictures of the SS wheels once they are cleaned and repainted to factory style. I will posting those pictures once the dash is finished. Keep checking back with us for we will posting some more galleries of this car. I will be getting a big block for it soon.
